At Diamond, we want you to sparkle in every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all Diamond designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
